Application: mainly used for cereals and vegetable processing, pectinase and cellulase in combination with citrus juice can clarify; to deal with coffee beans, coffee ;it can increase the extraction rate; processing soybeans, vegetable oils it can increase the leaching rate ; for the Preparation of sake, shochu and other alcoholic fermentation, the fermentation can increase the utilization of raw materials, improve the fermentation rate; pre-bleaching of pulp and to obtain high-purity cellulose pulp. In dealing with waste, the use of hemicellulase nature of fibrous material can be converted to a single biological cell protein, ethanol or other useful substances.

Properties: light gray to almost white amorphous powder or light gray to dark brown liquid. As a commodity may contain food-grade diluent, carrier, stabilizers and preservatives.It is soluble in water, almost insoluble in alcohol, chloroform and ether.
