This product is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic agent. It is a derivative of amidantel. In clinical trials, it was highly effective in treating ankylostomiasis, ascariasis and enterobiasis. But it is ineffective in treating Schistosoma mansoni or Fasciola hepatica disease.
